Policy

Standard designs require a 40% deposit. The second 40% payment is required before shipment, with the remaining 20% payable upon pickup.

In-stock homes are available for pickup within one week of deposit. For out-of-stock homes, please allow approximately 2 months for production and logistics.

We do not provide advice on the intended use of the building. We recommend that you check with your local council regarding the relevant permissions. 

Structural quality is covered by our 3-year warranty. Issues caused by third parties are not covered.
